Joining the O3 EXPERTS ADAPTED COMPANY team means taking part in a unique collective adventure that will have an impact on society. Our aim is to become the most successful medium-sized adapted company in the cooperative sector.
Adapted companies: a new model for "meaningful performance"
An adapted company enables people recognised as disabled workers to work in a professional environment in conditions adapted to their needs and abilities.
O3 implements innovative digital and organisational solutions to facilitate the professional inclusion of people with disabilities and/or who are far from employment, and in particular people with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Their career at O3 enables them to develop their talents and skills in a stimulating, friendly and appropriate environment. This professional experience encourages individual development and is a real springboard.
Choosing the cooperative and participative company:
The SCOP (Société Coopérative et Participative) differs from traditional companies in that its employees hold the majority of the capital and decision-making power, and its operating rules are based on the principles of participatory democracy, shared decision-making and transparent accounts. It is a tool that protects both the future of the employees and the future of the company.
The capital of SCOP O3 is 100% owned by the group's employees. Our cooperative has around a hundred members. This level of participation far exceeds the minimum required by law, which is set at 51%. All the members are involved in a dual social and economic project.
Ethical values and a commitment to society
The choice of our legal status as a cooperative and participative company (SCOP) expresses our adherence to fundamental values:
- the pre-eminence of the individual
- democracy,
- solidarity and sharing.
The O3 ethic is also defined by the values of the cooperative movement
- Recognition of the dignity of work
- The right to training
- The right to creativity and initiative
- Responsibility in a shared project
- Transparency and legitimacy of power
- The pursuit of socially useful activities
- Limited profitability
and the sustainability of the company, based on reserves and openness to the outside world.
So if you share these values and missions, apply now - there are plenty of vacancies for data controllers, coaches and team leaders.
